It's already Ben's Birthday Month!

Well, another month has come and gone and I can't believe I am 22 days away from having my baby turn ONE!!! I wish I got more pictures but my computer is on the fritz and won't let me upload anything lately. Maybe next month!
Ben is so fun - he has the best laugh, the cutest smile and can make me laugh out loud with his newest "lizard tongue" noises that he makes. What a ham! I have been working on his first birthday party and the theme has been decided... Dinosaurs! :) I got the invitations made, I just need to address the envelopes and send them out!
Well, September was an interesting month. We don't have a babysitter anymore :( so Ben has been a nomad this last week and will continue to be until we can find other arrangements. I'm not too worried about it, though. We have been blessed beyond measure with amazing friends and family.
Ben has reached a HUGE milestone this month... WALKING! He started toddling around at 10 1/2 months and has been "Frankensteining" ever since! He's gaining confidence and "stomps around all over the place" as Thad says ;) I'm pretty sure I was more excited than Ben was after witnessing his first steps! He's also been eating more "adult" food - he loves chicken nuggets & lasagna and is adjusting well to the sippy! I hope to have him off the bottle by the end of the month... we'll see! He also popped another tooth this month for a total of 5.
Sarah & Thad: I am continuing my graduate work through Concordia University. So far, so good! It can be overwhelming at times but I don't regret starting my Masters and I look forward to graduation day in 2012! :) Work has been busy and the kids are always keeping me on my toes. Thad has been traveling a lot, too, but that will slow down after next week - at least until boat show season picks up! He celebrated his 28th birthday, too! He is excited to get his office finished - hopefully sooner than later ;)
Murr-dog: Murray has been spending a lot of time at Grammy & Grampy's house since Thad has been traveling so much. He likes his time with Reggie and being "Uncle Skoogs" ;)
